Practical skills and theory of Frozen Dessert (Level 1 and 2)

Creative and application (Level 2)

3.

Understanding of ingredients (Level 1 and 2)

4.

Quality judgment (Level 1 and 2)

5.

Ice Cream shop equipment and execution (Level 1)

6.

Hygienic and Management system (Level 1 and 2)

7.

Ice Cream Pairing withGwine, coffee and food - will be conducted by the respective professionals (Level 1 and 2)

8.

Marketing promotion - with the aid of different media and technology, conduction by high technology consultant to enhance the marketing and promotional function, finally the best result of marketing! (Level 3)

   
 

Completion Certificate will be rewarded for completion of training program Level 1.

Grading Certificate will be rewarded after the examination of completion of training program Level 2.
