Hong Kong

2015, Academy of ice cream had been awarded as a consultant to a brand, developed over 10 flavours of ice cream and milk shake products, staff training, kitchen design, equipment and ingredients purchasing, the shop was launched on schedule without any delay.


In the first month of shop opening, quality inspection and review is very important, it helped to smooth the production procedure, cut away reluntant steps, avoid lost of ingredients, it improved the product and service quality, increased the efficiency. Finally, it gained the media interview and become a famous and popular brand in Yaumatei!

 

Taiwan

In 2014, Academy of ice cream served one of the largest ice lolly companies in Taiwan. Service included development of unique flavours of ice cream, technical training, ingredients sourcing, equipment sourcing...etc. The ice cream and ice lolly shop was opened at late 2014, and became one of the most popular ice desserts shops f-Creme in Taipei.


 

China - Guangzhou

In 2015, Academy of Ice Cream was appointed by a investment group as a development partner in mainland China. Product development, quality control, technical training and consultancy are the major role. The first ice cream shop was opened in Tinho Galaxy of Guangzhou, launched over 60 flavours of ice cream in first 6 months, was reported by most of the China media and became the most popular ice cream shop in Guangzhou.

After a year, an ice cream cafe was launched in Metropolitan Plaza, serving artisan coffee and ice cream desserts everyday.

Academy of Ice Cream plays a major role to Creamia China on the product development and training every month.


 

Hong Kong

- In 2009, Ice Cream Gallery started the first ice cream shop in the Repulse Bay Arcade (Repulse Bay), gained the attention of local and overseas media by the supreme quality of his products. The most well-known items are Lobster ice cream, White truffle ice cream and Foie Gras ice cream. Movie stars and tycoon were the frequent customers.

- Ranked as No. 1 summer delicacies of Hong Kong by CNNgo in 2011.
- Reported by the Japanese Economic News as the "Must-Go" shop in Hong Kong in 2012.

- 2014, Ice Cream Gallery launched an ice cream cafe in Windsor House (Causeway Bay), which has been remarked by the food media as Ice Cream Einstein - the master ice cream status in Hong Kong by his King Crab ice cream, smoked molecular ice cream and many stunning flavours.

Academy of Ice Cream played a major role to the success of Ice Cream Gallery.
